Join UNICEF Malaysia's impactful fundraising team as a Senior Fundraising Associate specializing in Payment Lifecycle Management. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end payment lifecycle management systems for donor contributions
- Analyze transaction data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce processing costs
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance for cross-border payments
- Develop donor retention strategies through personalized payment experiences
- Generate monthly financial reports on fundraising performance and payment metrics
- Train staff on payment processing tools and compliance protocols
- Liaise with banking partners to resolve transaction disputes and improve service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fundraising or payment processing
- Proven expertise in SaaS payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of international financial regulations (AML, KYC, GDPR)
- Experience managing donor relationships in nonprofit or NGO sector
- Certification in project management or payment processing (e.g., CTP, AFP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
