In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side architecture that powers our fast-paced multiplayer game titles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable server-side game architecture.
- Optimize network communication protocols for low-latency multiplayer gaming experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems with game client logic.
- Implement secure database schemas and manage game state persistence for high-concurrency environments.
- Monitor server performance, troubleshoot latency issues, and deploy automated load-balancing solutions.
- Design and maintain RESTful or gRPC APIs for client-server interaction and third-party integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure industry-standard best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, specifically within the gaming industry.
- Expertise in languages such as C++, Go, Java, or C# (Node.js is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, multi-threading, and socket programming (TCP/UDP).
- Extensive experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
