PT Huisman Selera Kita is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior General Affairs (GA) to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As a key member of our operational support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day administration and facility management of our office environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating a seamless workplace experience.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between the company and external vendors, ensuring that all logistical and administrative needs are met with professionalism and cost-efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations, facility maintenance, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for office repairs, renovations, and cleaning services.
  • Supervise office support staff, including drivers, security personnel, and cleaning crews to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and manage office assets, inventory, and procurement processes for operational supplies.
  • Oversee corporate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and government licensing requirements related to company operations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to improve administrative efficiency and cost control.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facility Management.
  • Strong knowledge of local permit processes, building management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and inventory management systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate documents and vendor contracts.
