- Design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI solutions using LLMs and transformer architectures
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world deployment requirements
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior team members in AI development best practices
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance with data governance standards
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with 2+ years in generative AI/LLMs
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multi-modal AI systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps practices
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
