This is a rare opportunity for a talented engineer to work on cutting-edge genset and ACMV projects, with a focus on design, field service, or project engineering based on your expertise.
In this senior role of Senior Genset Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire engineering lifecycle of genset systems. You will design innovative solutions for power generation, lead field service operations ensuring optimal performance, and manage projects from concept to delivery with strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Your technical expertise will guide teams in installation, commissioning, and maintenance. You will also prepare technical documentation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and liaise with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
We are looking for an engineer who brings deep technical knowledge of genset and ACMV systems, a proactive mindset, and strong leadership skills. You should have a proven track record in design engineering, field service engineering, or project engineering, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required. Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are highly regarded.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop genset and ACMV systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Lead field service operations, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of genset systems.
- Manage engineering projects from scope definition through execution, monitoring budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for clients.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in genset and/or ACMV engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in design, field service, or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are advantageous.
