In this position, you will provide expert oversight and assurance for the design review of an earth-fill dam Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive oversight and assurance for the design review of the earth-fill dam Tailings Storage Facility (TSF).
- Perform rigorous geotechnical analysis to ensure structural integrity and stability of the dam.
- Deliver informed decision support to project management regarding risk mitigation and design improvements.
- Monitor compliance with local and international geotechnical engineering codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize dam construction methodologies and materials.
- Review geological data, soil reports, and site conditions to inform engineering designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks on construction activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, specifically focusing on TSF or earth-fill dam projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) license is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, slope stability analysis, and tailings management.
- Proficiency in using geotechnical engineering software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and client interaction.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead technical reviews effectively.
