Atos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GitLab Support DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring secure, highly available source code management and efficient CI/CD pipelines, aligning with our clients' Application Management Services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps solutions that drive operational excellence and business continuity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and support GitLab infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple client applications.
- Enforce security best practices in source code management, access control, and vulnerability scanning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across GitLab, build systems, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize version control workflows and improve release cycles.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Prometheus.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in GitLab administration, including CI/CD configuration, runner management, and API integration.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ruby).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of security principles, identity management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
