- Design and implement global endpoint infrastructure using Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, MDM)
- Develop standardized PC deployment images and configuration baselines for enterprise environments
- Manage endpoint lifecycle processes including OS deployment, application packaging, and retirement
- Lead endpoint security initiatives including compliance monitoring and threat response
- Optimize endpoint performance through automation scripts and configuration management
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless endpoint integration across regions
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base resources for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint management (Intune/SCCM)
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment and management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and configuration
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-100) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience with enterprise security frameworks and endpoint protection platforms
- Proven ability to manage global IT infrastructure across multiple geographic regions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues
