Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced supply chain network models to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize logistics planning processes to reduce costs while improving service levels and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Finance to align logistics strategies with business goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply chain.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on sustainability and resilience within the global supply network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics planning, network design, or supply chain strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., SAP, Advanced Excel, Tableau).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
