Are you a creative visionary with a passion for wildlife conservation and storytelling? Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our world-class parks and conservation initiatives, crafting compelling digital and print assets that inspire millions of visitors.
You will work at the intersection of branding, environmental graphic design, and marketing, ensuring that every touchpointâfrom park signage to digital campaignsâreflects our commitment to nature and excellence. We are looking for an individual who can translate complex strategic goals into aesthetic, high-impact visuals that resonate with both local and international audiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design projects across various platforms, including print, digital, and environmental media.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and educational materials that align with Mandaiâs brand identity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial mood boards and wireframes to final production-ready files.
- Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers and external vendors.
- Stay abreast of design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive visual edge.
- Manage production timelines to ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines and budget requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or high-profile corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design logic and creative strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design specifications.
