As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force behind the visual identity of multiple high-profile brands. You will oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials that span digital platforms, retail store environments, and product packaging. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for large-scale branding, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing art direction and constructive feedback to maintain high design standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand Management teams to align visual content with business objectives and product launches.
- Design high-quality visuals for retail store displays, digital advertisements, social media content, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring all assets are print-ready and optimized for various digital formats.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines across the company's extensive portfolio of tech and lifestyle brands.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our brand presence modern and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or advertising agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience in packaging design and large-format retail graphics.
- Proven leadership or mentoring skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts to internal stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing high-level branding work and a sophisticated aesthetic.
