Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and design of high-impact marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Develop and maintain the company's brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create compelling visual assets for website updates, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with strategic objectives and meet project deadlines.
- Review and approve design work from junior designers to maintain high creative standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Optimize images and creative assets for various digital platforms and devices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing print and digital design work with a focus on branding and campaign design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete visual designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
