Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Translate complex business needs into intuitive, brand-consistent design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to drive brand engagement.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity standards across all visual communications.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from conceptualization to final production.
- Mentor junior creative staff and provide design oversight for brand-related assets.
- Analyze visual performance metrics to iterate and improve design effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in home decor or retail sectors.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphic tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward business challenges.
