Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverable
- Create compelling visual assets for digital, print, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align designs with business objectives
- Evolve and maintain brand identity guidelines across all channels
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and resource allocation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends and opportunities
- Mentor junior designers through feedback sessions and skill development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with brand identity development and campaign design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
