  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language is advantageous
