As a Senior Assistant, you will be the ambassador of our brand. You will oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences while addressing guest needs with warmth and efficiency. We are looking for someone who not only excels in service but also takes the initiative to lead and support the team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and motivating junior Guest Service Assistants to ensure high service standards.
  • Maintain a pristine lobby environment and ensure public areas are tidy and welcoming.
  • Process payments accurately and manage guest folios in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure room readiness and quality.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and special event preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Senior Guest Service or Front Office role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (and Mandarin preferred).
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
  • Proficiency in hotel software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are a plus.
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
