As a Senior Guest Service Executive, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and personalized. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with poise, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising junior front office staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas are prepared to perfection.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Process billing and payment transactions securely and accurately using the property management system.
  • Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel management to gather feedback and improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar senior role within the hospitality industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
  • Relevant hospitality certification or diploma is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
  • A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices aligns well with our hotel's ethos.
