Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and register guests, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assign rooms.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive concierge services, including recommendations and bookings for dining, transport, and local attractions.
  • Manage daily front office operations, including cashiering, foreign currency exchange, and night audit functions when required.
  • Actively upsell hotel services, facilities, and promotional packages to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior Guest Service Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy and compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Guest Service or Front Office role, preferably within a hotel or serviced residence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
  • A professional and polished demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
