Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle from concept to production
- Design and optimize PCB layouts for high-performance electronic systems
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware components
- Collaborate with software and mechanical teams on integrated system solutions
- Research and select appropriate electronic components for cost and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and document technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hardware design for electronic products
- Expertise in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and embedded systems
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC design and validation methodologies
- Proficient in signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
