Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of Hospital Billing Specialists, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and career development support.
- Oversee the complete revenue cycle for hospital billing accounts, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions, payment posting, and follow-up on denials/rejections.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including clean claim rate, days in AR, cash posting targets, and first-pass resolution rates.
- Act as the main escalation point for complex billing issues, payer disputes, and client inquiries, driving prompt and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular training and refreshers on payer guidelines, coding updates (ICD-10/CPT), and compliance standards (HIPAA).
- Analyze operational reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement to maximize reimbursement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Quality, Client Management) to optimize system workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, client SLAs, and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT: Actual Hospital Billing experience is mandatory (Direct hospital experience OR handling Hospital Billing accounts in a Healthcare BPO).
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, team lead, or assistant manager experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Deep knowledge of medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, ASAP), payer portals, and MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to manage Team KPIs, conduct audits, and deliver performance feedback.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality and compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration) is an advantage but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Metro Manila.
