Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement interactive Mandarin language curriculum aligned with international standards
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods including speaking, writing, and cultural projects
- Develop supplementary materials incorporating technology and multimedia resources
- Organize cultural exchange activities promoting Chinese traditions and modern society
- Collaborate with department team to enhance cross-curricular learning initiatives
- Maintain student records and provide regular progress reports to parents
- Participate in professional development workshops and school community events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Studies, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGDE, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching Mandarin to high school students
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency with HSK Level 5+ certification
- Strong classroom management skills with ability to engage diverse learners
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication
- Experience with digital language teaching platforms and assessment tools
