Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Senior High School Mathematics.
- Facilitate industry-relevant learning experiences that align with current educational standards.
- Mentor and guide students to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student performance through continuous evaluation and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve overall school programs.
- Participate in professional development workshops and school activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Teacher’s License (MAPEH or specific Math endorsement).
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in the Senior High School level.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts, including Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse student populations.
- Demonstrated passion for student-centered learning and educational innovation.
