Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Senior High School Physics that align with the K-12 curriculum and institutional standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and laboratory demonstrations to foster student engagement and conceptual understanding.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic support to students requiring extra guidance.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development training.
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and scholarly inquiry.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Integrate Christian values and character education into daily instructional delivery.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to organize school-wide science-related events and academic competitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Secondary Education (Major in Physics), BS Physics, or a closely related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Teachers (LET) is highly preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience teaching Physics at the Senior High School or collegiate level.
- Strong command of the English language and ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly.
- Commitment to the vision and mission of a faith-based educational institution.
- Proficiency in modern educational technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual lab tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while upholding institutional discipline policies.
