Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with the SHS curriculum standards.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and hands-on learning activities to improve student comprehension.
- Utilize modern educational technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through consistent assessments, quizzes, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and academic performance reports.
- Collaborate with academic department heads to refine curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school programs, and professional development training sessions.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students to support their personal and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree or units toward a Master’s degree is a plus).
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LET passer) is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a Senior High School setting is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in using digital learning platforms, Microsoft Office, and interactive presentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational, classroom management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented academic environment.
