Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to the Department of Education (DepEd) SHS curriculum and school standards.
- Facilitate dynamic classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and student participation.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to create an immersive learning environment.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to students, supporting their personal development and college readiness.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to organize departmental projects, field trips, and academic workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field (e.g., Sociology, History, Philosophy, or Political Science).
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LET Passer) is highly preferred.
- Strong background in research methods and academic writing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a classroom and fostering a positive school culture.
- Deep understanding and alignment with the Montessori educational philosophy.
