Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with K-12 curriculum standards
- Deliver dynamic instruction in academic track and core subjects (e.g., Math, Science, English)
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and academic excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum development

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field with subject specialization
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) teaching license
- At least 1 year of senior high school teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum and academic track requirements
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovation
- Resident of Cordillera Administrative Region or willingness to relocate
