Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive sports curriculum aligned with DepEd K-12 standards for Senior High School Sports Track
- Conduct practical and theoretical lessons in various sports disciplines (e.g., athletics, team sports, fitness training)
- Organize and supervise intramural and interscholastic sports competitions
- Assess student performance through skill evaluations, written tests, and practical demonstrations
- Develop students' understanding of sports ethics, safety protocols, and nutrition principles
- Coordinate with athletic department for equipment management and facility scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and tournament participation
- Collaborate with guidance counselors to address student athletes' academic and developmental needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teaching
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in senior high school sports education
- Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of national and international sports rules and regulations
- Experience organizing sports events and tournaments
- Excellent communication and motivational skills for diverse student groups
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino
