Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging TVL curriculum aligned with national standards and industry requirements
- Deliver hands-on instruction in technical/vocational subjects using modern pedagogical approaches
- Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, projects, and theoretical evaluations
- Maintain industry connections to ensure curriculum alignment with current workforce needs
- Facilitate skills competitions and industry immersion activities for student development
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation for academic reporting

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or TVL specialization field with valid professional license (LET)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in senior high school TVL track
- Industry certification or work experience relevant to TVL specialization
- Strong proficiency in technical/vocational tools and equipment operation
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to develop practical learning modules and assessment tools
