Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with K-12 TLE curriculum standards
- Facilitate hands-on training in technical/vocational skills (e.g., culinary, ICT, entrepreneurship)
- Integrate industry best practices and emerging technologies into classroom instruction
- Assess student competencies through performance-based evaluations and portfolio reviews
- Coordinate with industry partners for real-world exposure and apprenticeship opportunities
- Maintain safe learning environments for practical skill demonstrations
- Adapt curriculum to align with DepEd K-12 SHS track specializations
- Mentor students in career planning and entrepreneurial ventures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Industrial Technology, Home Economics, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) teaching license
- Specialized TLE certification or industry-recognized credentials
- Minimum 2 years SHS teaching experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
- Strong classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Knowledge of SHS TVL track specializations (e.g., Agri-Fishery, Home Economics, ICT)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
