Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction levels.
- Lead the planning and execution of private events, corporate bookings, and special functions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests and event organizers, providing personalized and proactive service.
- Mentor and train junior hospitality staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and brand pride.
- Manage floor flow, reservations, and seating arrangements to maximize venue efficiency and guest comfort.
- Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, safety, and venue cleanliness in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure deep product knowledge and smooth service synchronization.
- Handle guest feedback and conflict resolution with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in high-end hospitality, fine dining, or premium F&B environments.
- Proven experience in event coordination or banquet management is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
