Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest seating arrangements and optimize wait times efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with front desk, kitchen, and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle VIP guests and resolve any customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff members on service standards and hospitality protocols.
- Process reservations and handle incoming calls and emails regarding bookings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or hostess role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and personal presentation standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
