Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company privacy standards.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that improve workplace efficiency and company culture.
- Coordinate employee performance management cycles, including appraisals and training development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare monthly reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
