Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level functional support for HRIS applications, troubleshooting user issues, and managing access rights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document HR workflows and identify opportunities for system process automation.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR records across all databases.
- Assist in the execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system modules, updates, or integrations.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical system bugs and implement system patches.
- Deliver training and support materials to end-users to improve system adoption and HR process literacy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS or HR Operations role, with hands-on experience in system maintenance.
- Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee data with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in the healthcare or service industry is highly advantageous.
