Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level functional support for HRIS applications, troubleshooting user issues, and managing access rights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document HR workflows and identify opportunities for system process automation.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR records across all databases.
  • Assist in the execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system modules, updates, or integrations.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical system bugs and implement system patches.
  • Deliver training and support materials to end-users to improve system adoption and HR process literacy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS or HR Operations role, with hands-on experience in system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee data with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience in the healthcare or service industry is highly advantageous.
