Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures that align with business strategy.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the company remains a top employer in the industry.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations (PPh 21).
- Oversee employee benefit programs, including insurance, allowances, and wellness initiatives, to enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights on turnover, retention, and compensation efficiency to leadership.
- Provide expert guidance to management on HR policy interpretation, performance management, and organizational restructuring.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR administrative processes to support the company’s vision of a 'Terpadu' work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with a strong emphasis on Compensation and Benefits.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data modeling and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across various departments.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving organizational structure.
