Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across multiple departments
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through performance management and development programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration while maintaining competitive market positioning
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and proactive communication channels
- Conduct HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate talent development programs including leadership training and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in senior specialist role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior HR professionals
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certifications in HRBP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable
