Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the media industry? Warna Warni Media is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior HRD to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our human capital strategy, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, productive, and aligned with our organizational vision.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about talent management, organizational development, and fostering a positive company culture. As our Senior HRD, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes, from talent acquisition and training to employee relations and performance management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and culture.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for various departments.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
  • Maintain and improve the performance appraisal system to ensure fair and objective evaluations.
  • Administer company policies and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention rates.
  • Manage HR administrative processes, including payroll oversight and employee record maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership or senior specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels.
