Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training programs
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in mining/energy sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified HRBP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
