As our Senior HSE Officer, you will lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our health, safety, and environmental programs. You will work closely with site management to foster a culture of safety, ensuring that every employee returns home safe every day while helping us maintain our operational standards and industry certifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust HSE management systems across all operational departments.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead comprehensive accident and incident investigations, providing actionable root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and induction sessions for new employees and contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with local Indonesian environmental regulations and international HSE standards.
- Maintain and update emergency response plans, conducting regular drills to test operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into daily manufacturing and maintenance workflows.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on HSE performance indicators for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum or relevant professional certification in Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, environmental regulations, and OHS management systems (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
- Proven ability to perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and site inspections.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
