In this role, you will be the backbone of our organizational development, responsible for creating robust HR systems, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring our human capital strategies directly support our expansion within the competitive F&B industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution processes.
- Design and facilitate employee training, development, and engagement programs to boost retention.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (BPJS) in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to support business scaling.
- Cultivate a positive company culture that aligns with the values and goals of the F&B industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Senior HR or HR Generalist role.
- Proven track record in building HR departments or improving HR systems from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Experience in the F&B or retail sector is considered a significant advantage.
