- Design and optimize HVAC mechanical systems for commercial buildings using industry-standard software
- Perform energy modeling, load calculations, and equipment selection to maximize efficiency
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's green building standards and international codes
- Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of HVAC design experience in commercial building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation software
- Certification in sustainable building practices (e.g., LEED) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's energy codes and regulations
- Experience with energy modeling and life-cycle cost analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
