You'll lead the design and optimization of IAM systems including SSO, MFA, and privileged access management, ensuring alignment with industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access policies, automate provisioning workflows, and conduct periodic access reviews. Your expertise will directly enhance our security posture while streamlining user onboarding and offboarding processes across 500+ employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and RBAC frameworks
- Automate user provisioning/de-provisioning workflows using SCIM and API integrations
- Conduct periodic access audits and compliance assessments against security policies
- Lead migration projects for identity systems (e.g., on-prem to cloud-based IAM)
- Develop IAM runbooks and playbooks for incident response and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust architecture principles
- Stay current with evolving IAM threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IAM experience with 2+ years in senior engineering roles
- Expertise in IAM platforms: Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or ForgeRock
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific (e.g., C-IAM)
- Experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, GCP IAM) and hybrid environments
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
