John Clements, the Philippines' premier executive search and talent management consultancy, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Operations Engineer (SailPoint IdentityIQ) to join a global leader in their industry. This is an exceptional contract opportunity, offering a competitive monthly salary of ₱90,000 – ₱95,000, for a seasoned IAM expert based in Alabang, Metro Manila who thrives on operational excellence and driving tangible automation results.
As the Senior IAM Operations Engineer, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for the global SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Your primary mission is to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management, enhance security controls, and automate routine operational tasks across the enterprise. You will collaborate with a dynamic, geographically distributed team to support, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance a complex IAM ecosystem that serves thousands of users worldwide.
Key Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end health of the platform, from proactive monitoring and performance tuning to incident management and root cause analysis. This role demands a deep understanding of identity governance, including access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD). You will leverage your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop custom connectors, manage rules and workflows, and drive integrations with critical business applications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the global SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Develop and implement automated solutions for identity lifecycle management (joins, moves, leaves) using SailPoint IdentityIQ and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, BeanShell).
- Design and manage access certification campaigns, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for IAM related issues, providing timely resolutions and post-mortems.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to integrate new applications into the IAM platform securely.
- Manage connector configurations, custom rule development, and workflow design within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay current with IAM industry trends, security threats, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 7.x/8.x).
- Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, configuration, and customization (rules, workflows, connectors, application integration).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, BeanShell, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including Identity Governance, Provisioning, Access Certifications, RBAC, and SoD.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with directories (Active Directory, LDAP), enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a global environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
