We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team and lead the charge in delivering these transformative solutions to our clients in Asia.
As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will own the technical delivery lifecycle for our most complex and strategic enterprise accounts. You will work closely with customer architects, IT directors, and operations teams to design and implement data management solutions that protect their most critical asset: their data. Your deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud ecosystems, and data protection best practices will enable you to drive successful project outcomes and build lasting customer loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical implementation of CommVault software solutions for enterprise clients, including installation, configuration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Architect and design complex data protection strategies for on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Manage implementation project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful on-time and on-budget deployments.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and assessments to understand customer environments and requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and customer administrators.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Support, and Sales teams to drive product enhancements and customer success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in implementing, designing, and administering backup, recovery, and data management solutions.
- Deep hands-on technical expertise with CommVault software (CommCell, CommVault Cloud) or equivalent enterprise backup platforms (Veritas NetBackup, Dell EMC, Veeam).
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, Object Storage) and backup targets.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficiency in deploying solutions in hybrid architectures.
- Expert-level experience with operating systems: Linux (RHEL, SLES) and Windows Server.
- Experience protecting enterprise applications and databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Exchange, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex integrations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
