Join our dynamic team at PERSOL as a Senior Import & Export Officer and take charge of our international logistics operations. In this critical role, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of our air shipment processes, ensuring seamless cross-border trade compliance and efficiency.
As a Senior Import & Export Officer, you'll be the backbone of our global supply chain, navigating complex customs regulations, coordinating with freight forwarders, and optimizing our air freight operations to meet business objectives. Your expertise will directly impact our company's ability to deliver products to international markets while maintaining cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for air shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to arrange optimal air freight solutions
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise during transit
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate with carriers to optimize freight expenses while maintaining service quality
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities and prepare regular reports for management
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures affecting our operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations, with at least 2 years in air freight management
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and logistics software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders across different regions
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in International Trade or Logistics is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
