Join PERSOL's logistics team as a Senior Import & Export Officer and drive excellence in global supply chain operations. This pivotal role requires you to manage end-to-end import and export processes for air shipments, ensuring seamless compliance with international trade regulations while optimizing cost-efficiency. You'll coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to maintain streamlined operations. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs clearance procedures. This position offers the opportunity to enhance PERSOL's logistics capabilities while developing your expertise in global trade compliance and air freight management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete import/export lifecycle for air freight shipments
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
- Prepare and verify commercial documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Manage customs clearance processes and duty/tax calculations
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transit disruptions
- Maintain accurate trade compliance records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- 3+ years of import/export operations experience
- Expert knowledge of air freight regulations and Incoterms
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced MS Office skills and logistics software experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with compliance-focused mindset
