We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor manufacturing sector. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving capacity planning strategies that align with our manufacturing goals. You will leverage your expertise in industrial engineering principles to analyze complex production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions that reduce cycle times and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This position offers a unique opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives within a high-tech environment, ensuring our facility operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive capacity plans to meet production demand and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and improve labor utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on process performance and efficiency gains.
- Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades and process automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
