Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and improve production layouts, material handling systems, and workflow processes
- Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and production scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Lead cost reduction projects and implement process improvements
- Utilize industrial engineering tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with time studies, capacity planning, and production scheduling
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred
