- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs
- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot industrial systems using advanced engineering methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage capital projects including equipment selection, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab) and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership in managing continuous improvement projects
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards in industrial environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
