Join Optum's cybersecurity team as a Senior Information Security Engineering Analyst specializing in SailPoint solutions. You'll drive identity governance and access management (IGAM) excellence by implementing, configuring, and optimizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityIQ (IIQ) platforms. This role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing organizational security posture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable access controls, automate user provisioning workflows, and mitigate identity-related risks. Ideal candidates will leverage hands-on SailPoint project experience to transform complex business needs into robust security solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SailPoint ISC/IIQ implementations including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration
- Translate business processes into access control policies and certification workflows
- Develop and maintain identity governance documentation, process flows, and system configurations
- Coordinate user access reviews, certification campaigns, and remediation efforts
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (HRIS, directories, cloud platforms)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies
- Stay current on SailPoint features, security trends, and compliance frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in information security with 1-2 SailPoint projects
- Proficiency in SailPoint ISC or IIQ implementation and customization
- Strong understanding of IGAM principles and access governance best practices
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, role engineering, and SOD analysis
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder communication abilities
