The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is embarking on a transformative cloud journey and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infra/Infra Ops & Support Specialist (Storage) to lead our storage and backup operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and seamless cloud integration. You will apply your hands-on expertise to drive our cloud transformation initiatives, supporting the central bank's mission to foster a sound financial center.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS) to support critical MAS applications and databases.
- Oversee and optimize backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability through robust disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage cloud storage operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance between on-premise and cloud environments.
- Perform daily system monitoring and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for storage-related incidents and performance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements for data protection.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure storage systems scale efficiently with business needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in storage administration, infrastructure operations, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., EMC, NetApp, Dell PowerMax, Hitachi) and backup software (e.g., Commvault, Veeam).
- Proficiency in managing cloud storage services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including object storage and block storage.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting storage tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes regulatory environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
